Download: Mobile Holy Quran for Mac OS X

Note 1: This process assumes that you have already downloaded and install the application in your hard disk accordingly as instructed in the download website.

Note 2: We used the sound files of the recitors from the fine folks at www.versebyversequran.com. However we have to do some modification to the naming conventions. As such please visit them to look their effort in providing free Quran reading on the internet. Kindly consider to support them by giving donations on their website.

Instructions:

Step 1: Choose the particular Recitor and Surah that you wish to install in your Mac OS X. Click on the corresponding icon to download the Zip file.

Step 2: Unzip the downloaded file. You will see the folder name (e.g 028)

Step 3: Drag the entire folder into your /Application/Mobile Holy Quran folder in your hard disk.

Step 4: Launch the Mobile Holy Quran for Mac OS X and select the Surah that you've just installed. If you don't see any error message, it means that you've succesfully installed for that particluar Surah. Repeat Step 1 to Step 4 for the rest of the Surahs.
